1. Delivery Coverage
Eye Vision provides delivery services throughout Bangladesh through authorized courier and logistics partners.
2. Order Processing
All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Orders that include prescription lenses, powered lenses, or customized products may require additional processing time before dispatch. Orders are not processed on Fridays or public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order details. Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number, the order may be returned or canceled. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
6. Tracking and Confirmation
Customers may receive delivery confirmation calls, SMS, or tracking information from our courier partners once the order has been dispatched.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
Eye Vision shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
